基于专利 MOSovp 技术；静态电流小于 20μA；输入电压 0~200V；集成温度补偿；SOT-23/89/223 封装。代表型号 AKZ16V18R、AKZ25V19R、AKZ35V20R、DMZ1318E。实现宽压输入直接转低压稳压、瞬态响应、浪涌抑制与过压保护，典型应用于快充 PWM IC 供电、工业传感器、车载充电、光伏及 SiC 快充驱动供电。
