【English】Inherited from an intangible cultural heritage craft passed down over four centuries and listed among the intangible cultural heritage of Neijiang City and Sichuan Province. The crisp melts in the mouth without sticking to the teeth. Only seven liang of every jin of peanuts are used after three rounds of manual selection, with 80% premium peanuts balanced by 20% maltose, low-temperature baked with no preservatives, flavorings or colorings.
