【中文】高金与成都大学联合成立全国首家预制川菜研究院，牵头制定国内首套预制川菜团体标准。系列碗装产品含扣肉、龙眼肉、坨坨肉、粉蒸肉、夹沙肉、梅菜扣肉、芽菜扣肉、八宝饭等，均用原切好猪肉制作。净含量350-500克，常温避光贮藏12个月，12碗/箱。
【English】Goldkinn co-founded China's first institute of prepared Sichuan cuisine with Chengdu University and led the country's first group standard for prepared Sichuan dishes. The bowl-packed range includes braised pork belly, longan-shaped pork with red bean paste, TUO TUO pork, steamed pork with rice flour, braised pork with mustard leaf and eight-treasure rice pudding, all made with original-cut good pork. Net content 350-500 g, 12 months shelf life away from light at ambient temperature, 12 bowls per case.
