A genuinely fully automated one-stop nucleic acid testing system composed of three independent chambers — reagent preparation, sample preparation and amplification/detection — integrating original tube loading, automated aliquoting, nucleic acid extraction, PCR master mix preparation, reaction setup, PCR amplification and result analysis.
