Using metallized polypropylene film as the dielectric in a dry design with tinned copper wire, solder tabs and copper nut/screw leads, it has small stray inductance, high ripple current capability, good harmonic absorption and good stability. Operating temperature -40 to 85 degC, capacitance 3-500 uF, rated voltage 200-1140 V.AC. Suitable for power supply systems, locomotives, inverters and UPS input stages to form multi-level LC filters, suppress harmonics and improve power quality.
