【English】Two variants are available: soy-marinated air-dried pork liver and numbing spicy air-dried pork liver, both in 500g packs produced to the national standard GB 2730. The marinated version uses pork liver with braised-meat seasoning containing caramel color, while the spicy version adds sugar, curing salt, white liquor, chili, Sichuan pepper and pepper powder. Air-drying concentrates the flavor into a savory, mildly spicy taste.
